Delivery:

Deliveries are mainly shipped with DPD.

• Climate neutral delivery with recycled packaging.
• Attention: No shipping to packing stations possible!
• If no other delivery time is expressly agreed upon, we ship orders within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment at the latest.
• We will inform you by e-mail about the dispatch of the goods.
• Please always check the start page where we point out possible shipping delays (If, then large and not overseeable).
• Collection not possible!

Returns

You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Used or opened goods cannot be taken back. Please note your right of withdrawal & revocation.

If you have paid by cash in advance, surname or cash, the amount will be transferred back to your bank account. In this case, please contact our customer service, stating your bank details.

Paypal: The repayment will be made either to your PayPal account or via PayPal to your credit card, if the payment has been made with this.
